The threat of global warming and rising energy prices are a realistic concern, hence 2G Bio-Energietechnik AG sees in the decentralized use of renewable energy sources like biogas, sewage gas and landfill gas, a great future. The efficient and responsible use of valuable resources such as natural gas plays an increasingly strong role. Therefore 2G systems contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and save money. With the know-how of more than ten years experience, the careful processing of standardized components, quality materials and professional service with a 2G systems (CHP), we have achieved excellent efficiencies and system availability of more than 95%.

2G GROUP - Corporate Structure

2G Energy AG ("2G AG") is a holding company, sharing interest in four subsidiaries. The operating company is the authoritative 2G Energietechnik GmbH in Heek ("2G GmbH"), owning 100% of the Holding. Other subsidiaries are the 2G Iberica S.L. (90%), the 2G Home GmbH (90%), 2G Drives GmbH (80%), and the Cenergy Power Systems Technologies Inc. of the United States, in which 2G holds a 25% interest.

Another important partner in the North American market is the European Power Systems Ltd., Ontario (EPS Ltd.). Since March 2010 EPS exclusively promotes 2G systems (CHP) in the Canadian market in addition to being a service provider. This represents another important step in our international expansion.
