30.11.2010 - Successful Trade Fair Appearance at the Bioenergy Hannover 30.11.2010
2G emerges as a crowd puller with its new modules from the agenitor product family
Nov. 30, 2010 - A persistently sustained rush of public attention made the Bioenergy 2010 in Hannover into an unexpectedly great success for 2G. 2G’s two booths set new visitor records over the four days of the trade fair. Interest in 2G products, especially those of the agenitor family, is greater than ever. 2G succeeded in winning visitors’ enthusiasm with new modules such as the agenitor 306 and 312 as well as with its innovative developmental work and technological leadership in the field of power-heat coupling. In order to satisfy the visitors’ many questions, up to seventeen 2G employees stood at the forefront to provide competent technical consultation in all languages. After all, foreign visitors’ interest in 2G has remained unceasingly great. This made it possible to hold highly auspicious conversations with visitors from Canada, the USA, Poland, Croatia, Thailand, China, Japan, Italy and Spain at the Bioenergy fair.
"This fortifies us in our actions to promote internationalisation by further expanding our distribution and service network", states Christian Grotholt, CEO.
The new attraction at the trade fair was certainly the agenitor 312, a 12-cylinder from the performance-optimised agenitor family. The module, with a nominal electrical output of 450 kW, is expected to be released for serial production in the second quarter of 2011. Another exhibit at the Bioenergy was the C model of the agenitor 306.Thanks to its intensive developmental work, 2G has also succeeded here in developing a module which, with an electrical output of 250 kW (260 kW of thermal output), is the most efficient model on the market. The extremely high demand for the agenitor 306 speaks for itself:more than 40 modules have already been ordered and will be ready to be shipped in the 4th quarter of 2010.The agenitor 306 was one of 2G’s most sought-after models at the Bioenergy.
This extremely great amount of interest has
confirmed that 2G will be continuing its developmental work with Günther Herdin
next year in order to meet our customers’ great demand for our products.
