Use of video endoscopy in the service

With our maintenance and repair work we use modern video-endoscopy. Thus, engine components are examined without disassembly. Downtime of the plant (CHP) can thus be reduced to a minimum. Due to the extensive documentation a change in the equipment is traceable.

The bridging service for all occasions: The 2G-Hotmobil

2G offers its customers a special service aimed at bridging the Power: The 2G Heatmobil. It provides the heat needed in the event that the 2G-product is inoperable, whether due to commissioning or maintenance. Operators of biogas plants may rent an immediately, ready to use, 2G-Heatmobil until their investment is ready for commission. This saves not only time but also money, because a natural gas or propane-controlled system for the plant (CHP) is no longer necessary. The portable heater is housed along with a heating oil tank in a car trailer and has a thermal output of 110 kW and flexible connecting cables, each 18 meters long.

System optimization for maximum efficiency

2G utilizes the remote monitored data for continuous analysis of the system and can manipulate the control parameters and therefore optimize efficiency via remote connection. This ensures that each system achieves its maximum efficiency.
